Personal:

I have been running every sense I started middle school at Orem Jr. high then went on to high school at Mountain View.  In college I ran one semester at BYU-HAWAII then went on a LDS Mission to Portland, Oregon.  After the mission I went to SUU and then after college I thought I could become a sponsored triathlete but I swam like a brick.  Finally after two years of trying to be an elite triathlete I found my love for running again and am putting all my training into half marathons and marathons.  I have just started volunteering at my old high school as an assistant coach and loving it.  Go Bruins!!!

Alright race.  Frustrated that I didn't obtain the goal but pleased on how I finished the race after feeling like I was forcing my stride to open up the first 5k and new that my stride wasn't as fluid as the Painters half.

Great race. That's a good time on that course. Keep things rolling and your summer races should bring some great results.
