Personal:

I have been running every sense I started middle school at Orem Jr. high then went on to high school at Mountain View.  In college I ran one semester at BYU-HAWAII then went on a LDS Mission to Portland, Oregon.  After the mission I went to SUU and then after college I thought I could become a sponsored triathlete but I swam like a brick.  Finally after two years of trying to be an elite triathlete I found my love for running again and am putting all my training into half marathons and marathons.  I have just started volunteering at my old high school as an assistant coach and loving it.  Go Bruins!!!

Went up 1600N to 800E to 800N to Palisade to 400S to 800 W to 1200N to 1200W to 1600N back home + 400m. Legs felt heavy and sore quads. felt like I was going 6.35 pace the hole time. Was surprised on the distance and pace per mile. Ran against traffic dodging cars because there was to much snow on the sidewalks and was really wet. came back socking wet. Took a good half hour before I felt relaxed. 70min, 6.16/mile

Felt Strong at the beginning of the run again and then realized after 12 mins I better slow down or I would be paying for it at the end. Legs feel strong and healthy but my left foot is bothering me hopefully its nothing to serious. Time to play DR. and diagnose my self. A run always feels good when you get 9hrs of sleep. The only thing that would have made this run better would be to have somebody to run with. :) 73min, 6.08/mile

Foot felt better. Been icing and taking IBprofien. I think I rolled it funny on monday or tuesday in the snow and didn't fill it because it was cold and numb from the snow. Body and legs fill strong and in control. Nice solid controlled pace.  74.25mins/6.09mile
