Personal:

I have been running every sense I started middle school at Orem Jr. high then went on to high school at Mountain View.  In college I ran one semester at BYU-HAWAII then went on a LDS Mission to Portland, Oregon.  After the mission I went to SUU and then after college I thought I could become a sponsored triathlete but I swam like a brick.  Finally after two years of trying to be an elite triathlete I found my love for running again and am putting all my training into half marathons and marathons.  I have just started volunteering at my old high school as an assistant coach and loving it.  Go Bruins!!!

calves tightened up with'n the first three mins. It think it was from playing basketball last thursday for the first time in 10 years also probably because it was my 2nd time runninf sense the injury but i pushed through the pain and went for 32 mins.

went to PT and got a massage well I really wouldn't call it a massage more like torture rub down. hopefully it works.

Another succseful day of running.  I think the torture rub down is working  I really wish I didn't get injured or else i would be running in the painters 1/2 marathon this weekend.  Good luck to all those lucky people that get to do it.
