Personal:

I have been running every sense I started middle school at Orem Jr. high then went on to high school at Mountain View.  In college I ran one semester at BYU-HAWAII then went on a LDS Mission to Portland, Oregon.  After the mission I went to SUU and then after college I thought I could become a sponsored triathlete but I swam like a brick.  Finally after two years of trying to be an elite triathlete I found my love for running again and am putting all my training into half marathons and marathons.  I have just started volunteering at my old high school as an assistant coach and loving it.  Go Bruins!!!

Nice and relaxed run with great snow fall the whole run. Had to control my footing on the icy snow covered trail but it wasn't to bad. I opened up more once I reached 200S in P.G. 65.5min run, 6.25min/mile

I ran with the '98 MV team for 7.5 miles, 58mins, 7.45/mile then went on another run 15 mins later for 3.9 miles, 24mins, 6.15/mile.

Nice solid with a good friend to help me maintain a solid pace running at 6.30/mile and about are 7th mile we did a 5.30 mile.  Felt great to open up the stride and let it fly.  Plus it was snowing and the sidewalks wore a little slippery.  All in all it was a great day of running.

Ran on the other side of utah lake from my parents new home. 1st 2 and a quarter miles went around 6.25 pace then started paying attention to the mile markers and it went like this 6.10, 6.10, 6.00, 5.55, 5.50, 5.45, 5.41, 6.44 + about 3 tenths of mile to my parents house UP HILL :) 66.5min run, 5.59/mile. Well it was a good run and ready for the 14 miler tomorrow at 6.45/mile. Merry Christmas Everyone. Hope you all had a great run.

Took about a half hour to get loose. It was about 19F really cold and then gradually warmed up. Felt really loose the hole rest of the run. Nice and controlled pace.  96min, 6.42/mile
